Warranty Details
Scope:
This warranty encompasses all watches available for purchase through our website, guaranteeing their authenticity and functionality.
Duration:
Valid for a period of twelve (12) months following the purchase date.
Coverage:
In-House Warranty: Coverage against manufacturing and mechanical faults, in line with our specified terms.
Limited Warranty: Given the vintage nature of certain watches, we cannot ensure adherence to standard timekeeping precision or their appropriateness for specific scenarios like exposure to moisture or underwater use.
Registration:
Activate your warranty by submitting your correct postal and email addresses, along with your phone number. Please promptly update us on any changes to this information.
Exclusions:
Excludes coverage for theft, loss, regular wear and tear, damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or non-compliance with provided instructions. Damage to the watch strap, glass, clasp, or any cosmetic damage is also not covered.
Voidance:
The warranty will be invalidated if any unauthorized adjustments or repairs are made without our approval.
Claims Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, directly contact us with the necessary details and purchase proof. We retain the authority to evaluate the legitimacy of claims.
Resolution:
For valid claims, repair decisions are at our discretion, without a fixed timeframe. Disputes may involve an independent watchmaker, whose decision shall be final.
Responsibility:
The watch is under your care once returned to the provided address during registration.
Non-Transferable:
This warranty is exclusive to the purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Delivery Information
Delivery:
Your watch will be shipped to the specified address. Post-payment, we’ll notify you of the estimated delivery date. Delivery times can vary by location and are estimated in good faith. We’re not responsible for any delivery delays or failures, and delivery timing is not guaranteed.
Risk Transfer:
The risk of damage or loss transfers to you upon delivery.
Receipt Requirements:
An adult signature is necessary at delivery. If the package is damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse it.
Missed Deliveries:
If delivery attempts to your address fail, the carrier might reattempt delivery or leave a notice for depot collection. You can rearrange delivery or pick up the watch.
Alternative Collection:
You may opt to collect your watch from a predetermined spot in Toronto, like our bank, given one working day’s notice. Delivery is deemed complete once the watch is delivered to your address or collected from us.
